my stay included a visit to the rooftop terrace for amazing views of table mountain. i loved its selection of well-made cocktails. i found the locked luggage storage very useful because it had an attendant. this allowed me to explore before my flight.

the wait for the room was longer than expected. i then learned that the room did not have all the facilities i requested. when i called about it, a staff member was quite rude about my early check-in request.

the hotel's position offered easy access to key locations. the area had good security with attendants present even late in the evening. during the day, public safety officers patrolled to enhance the feeling of safety.
